Xorbix partnered with a leading Midwest-based insurance provider to integrate One Inc’s ClaimsPay digital payment solution, transforming their outdated manual claims payment system into a modern, fully automated digital process. The project aimed to replace traditional check disbursements with secure and instant digital payments through multiple channels, including direct deposits, debit cards, and e-wallets.

Leveraging our digital transformation and custom application development expertise, Xorbix designed and implemented a seamless connection between the client’s legacy claims management system and the new ClaimsPay API infrastructure. Xorbix engineered a unified .NET-based payment service integrated with SQL and DB2 systems, modernizing the insurer’s payment infrastructure and enabling seamless communication with One Inc’s ClaimsPay APIs.
