Overview
Join Xorbix Technologies and Databricks for WI Databricks User Group – Lakehouse Secure Reference Architectures on Tuesday, May 19th, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM CST at MSOE in Milwaukee, WI.
This Wisconsin Databricks User Group session focused on the Databricks Lakehouse Accelerator, a reusable framework designed to help teams rapidly deploy and standardize secure, scalable Databricks Lakehouse environments. The presentation highlighted how organizations can use Terraform, Unity Catalog, and medallion architecture best practices to create governed, repeatable, and production-ready data platforms.
Attendees explored a modular Secure Reference Architecture featuring networking, private endpoints, RBAC, Azure Key Vault integration, and enterprise deployment automation. The session also demonstrated how the accelerator supports parameterized data ingestion and scalable Bronze, Silver, and Gold pipelines for BI, analytics, and machine learning workloads.
Through architecture walkthroughs, infrastructure automation concepts, and live demonstrations, attendees gained practical insight into real-world deployment challenges, governance strategies, and lessons learned while implementing secure Databricks environments.
