Xorbix partnered with a global leader in safety, identification, and compliance solutions to transform its complex lock system order entry process. The client’s legacy workflow required extensive CSR involvement, lengthy entry times, and manual coordination with external systems.

Leveraging Xorbix’s expertise in custom enterprise web development and system integrations, the team developed a modern Lock System Web Application that simplified order creation, integrated seamlessly with SAP, and laid the groundwork for future self-service capabilities; making the process faster, more intuitive, and highly scalable.
