Our client, a leading artisan in the dairy industry, sought to transform their traditional approach to sales forecasting. Known for producing premium Italian cheeses and innovative whey-based ingredients, their operations catered to a vast network of high-end restaurants and distributors. Despite their success, their reliance on manual forecasting methods limited their ability to anticipate market trends and respond to dynamic demand shifts. To overcome these limitations, Xorbix Technologies partnered with them to design and develop a web-based sales forecasting application that automated data processing, integrated advanced statistical models, and delivered actionable insights to drive smarter business decisions.
