Key components include OpenAI Large Language Models and Azure AI Search, ensuring natural and accurate responses from the bot.
Features of the bot include advanced context detection using Large Language Models to determine the most relevant document index, token limits to manage costs effectively, and the ability to aid on a wide range of topics beyond the client’s domain specific information. Additionally, robust content moderation measures were implemented to prevent jailbreaking and abuse, safeguarding the integrity of the knowledge repository.
